1. No makeup lessons will be held during blackout dates.
2. Lesson fees are payable by term or by monthly. (1st week for term and 1st, 5th & 9th week for monthly)
3. Fees covers the standard 11 individual lessons each term.
4. For all new students, a one month deposit is mandatory. However should you decide to stop lessons, the deposit will be used as your last month with the teacher. A refund is also possible, please allow refunding procedures up to 60 days.
5. Lesson will be considered taken should you fail to turn up for classes without informing.
6. Late comers will have to forfeit the amount of time that they were late for and continue on the class.
7. If you are unwell, you have to inform your teacher at the soonest possible. If done too often, MC will be asked.
8. Refrain from rescheduling your lesson as this affects the teacher’s schedule. Preventive measures will be used if this escalates.
9. Students/ Parents may have to bear additional costs should the student need extra classes in preparation for exams/ concerts unless told not to.
10. It is mandatory for all students to hire a accompanist in preparing for exams and for the exams itself.
11. Makeup lessons will be conducted only if the teacher cancels the class.
